Guild integrity dying?

I have just read the chat archive. It seems that _Anubis_ is quitting and starting up anew - and with no intention to join Demon Spawn again. I kind of understand him. This Guild is far from what I expected. There is no concrete leadership, no known plans how to win the world as a Guild, hopefully one of our own players as the winner. What i have gathered from the few posts here to Borganosh it's important to keep the Guild top, but he hasn't got any ideas how to do so, except get a lot of members who individually build up strenght. This is INDIVIDUALISM. That should get our communists attention.

There is no real Guild, no spirit, no ambition. There is only a pack of individualists playing their own games and the only result is failure. And I'm not even a communist.

Is someone going to take leadership with true intent, as I will back them up? I am not a leader myself, and will not lie about that. But my spirit hasn't died. Or should I just hold a quiet funeral to guildship and start to worship individualism?

Comrade, I have basically taken leadership.

What do you want me to do? Start creating concrete plans?

i honestly do think we need to work more together like a guild... so i think we should really go through with anubis's plan, our guild depends on it... it will teach us to work together
